Export des données, suppression du compte et conservation.

Account deletion is irreversible. Export all data you need before initiating deletion. Deleted data cannot be recovered after the retention period expires.

Before You Delete

Export all business data: CRM, Finance, HR, Inventory (Settings → Export)
Download all uploaded files (Files section)
Save any invoices and financial reports you need
Cancel your subscription to avoid further charges
Notify team members who will lose access

Deletion Process

Export Your Data

Go to Settings → Export and download all your business data before deletion.

Cancel Subscription

Cancel your subscription in Settings → Billing to stop future charges.

Request Deletion

Use the account deletion option in Settings → Account, or contact [email protected].

Confirmation Period

A 30-day grace period allows data recovery if deletion was accidental.
