By purchasing or subscribing to Optiviera services, you agree to this Refund Policy. This Policy applies to both B2B and B2C customers. Additional terms may apply to enterprise customers under separately negotiated agreements.

1. Subscription Model

Optiviera operates as a subscription-based SaaS platform with monthly and annual billing cycles. Subscription pricing, included features, and usage limits are described on the applicable pricing pages. Optiviera reserves the right to modify pricing with commercially reasonable advance notice.

2. Free Trial Policy

Free trials allow evaluation before purchase — no payment required during trial
Trial periods are not extended or reset when switching plans
Trials may have limited functionality, feature restrictions, or storage limits
Trial data may be retained for a limited period after trial expiry

3. Billing Practices

4. Refund Eligibility

Partially used subscription periods
Failure to cancel before auto-renewal
Dissatisfaction with platform features
Policy violations or account terminations

5. Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a paid period unless otherwise required by law.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Optiviera may retry the charge and will notify you. After repeated failures, access to paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved. Outstanding balances must be settled to restore full platform access.
