A subprocessor is a third-party service provider engaged by Optiviera to process personal data on behalf of customers in connection with delivering the Services. Subprocessors may support functions including cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, communications, monitoring, and security operations.

Some subprocessors may process data outside the EEA. Where international transfers occur, Optiviera seeks to implement appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), transfer impact assessments, encryption safeguards, and supplementary technical measures as required under GDPR Chapter V.

• Subprocessors evaluated for security practices and GDPR alignment
• Data Processing Agreements maintained with key subprocessors where applicable
• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) implemented for international transfers
• Subprocessor list reviewed periodically based on legal developments
• Customers notified of material subprocessor changes where applicable

Optiviera reserves the right to update or replace subprocessors periodically due to operational, security, or business requirements. Updated subprocessors will be reflected on this page. Enterprise customers may request reasonable information regarding material subprocessor changes under applicable contractual agreements.
