Interface, sidebar, and confirmations

On desktop, the menu on the left shows modules you are allowed to use. On small screens, open it from the header menu icon.

On narrow screens, use the menu icon in the top bar to open the main navigation. It supplements the same sections as the desktop sidebar.

Open your name or avatar to change profile, language, theme, or to sign out. Some settings are only available in Settings.

Many pages open a full overlay for create or edit. Use Save, Cancel, or the close area to leave without changes where offered.

Deleting or other sensitive actions may open a short confirmation. Some areas use a shared confirmation service (the same look across finance, sales, tickets, and more). Read the text, then confirm or cancel.

When you open a supported attachment, a preview may appear in a dialog so you can read without leaving the page. Use close or the backdrop to dismiss.

If a process requires a reason for an override or exception, a dialog can ask for a short text so the change stays auditable.

In profile or tenant settings, changing your picture may open a crop dialog so the image fits the round avatar. Save applies the crop, cancel keeps the previous image.
