Contracts for using Optiviera are based on the applicable agreement, offer, order, and terms of business, together with the privacy policy and, where applicable, a data processing agreement.

AkkisTech (Kerim Akkis) operates as a sole proprietorship. No entry exists in the German commercial register (Handelsregister), and no separate register number applies.
