Quick ways to reach us about this site, general questions, and Optiviera support:

Liability for content

We prepare the content on these pages with reasonable care and to the best of our knowledge, but we cannot guarantee completeness, constant up-to-date accuracy, or fitness for every purpose. Binding legal or commercial statements are given in ongoing business through the agreed channels. We are liable for our own content on these pages under general law. To the extent we transmit or store third-party information, the scope and limits of liability — in particular, the absence of a general duty to monitor — are now governed by the German Digital Services Act (DDG) and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act, DSA), not the repealed former Sections 7–10 TMG. Statutory duties to remove or block content (for example, once a specific infringement is known) remain unaffected; we will remove or block content where required.

Liability for links

This site may contain links to third-party websites. We have no influence over their design or legality. The respective operator is solely responsible for linked content. At the time of linking, no infringements were apparent to us. Permanent monitoring of linked pages without concrete indications is not reasonable. If we become aware of infringements, we will remove such links without delay.

Copyright and related rights

Unless otherwise stated, texts, images, logos, layout, trademarks, screenshots, videos, and software components on these pages are protected by German and international copyright and related rights. Any reproduction, adaptation, making available to the public, distribution, or other use beyond the narrow statutory exceptions requires prior consent from the rights holder, unless expressly permitted by law (for example short quotations with attribution).

Privacy

For how we process personal data in connection with this website and the Optiviera service, see our privacy policy.

Responsible for content

Where a named “person responsible for content” (Section 55(2) German Interstate Media Treaty, RStV) is required—typically for offers with editorial/journalistic character—Kerim Akkis, Germany, is named. (The RStV generally targets “journalistic-editorial” telemedia; a pure product marketing page often does not require this labelling in the same way.) The legal entity as service provider (Section 5 DDG) remains the entity named above; further details are on akkistech.com where published.
