Access platform-wide KPIs, trend charts, and exportable data. Reports aggregate information across modules so you can review performance, support decisions, and share results with stakeholders.
End-to-end workflow
Navigate to a report
Open Reports from the main menu. Choose a report type (ticket volume, finance summary, HR headcount, etc.). Apply a date range and any filters before reading the data.
Read and interpret the data
Charts show trends over time; KPI strips show period totals. Use the filter bar to narrow results by team, module, or status. Hover over chart points for exact values.
Export and share
Download the data as CSV or PDF to share outside the system. For recurring needs, ask your administrator about scheduled exports.
Common use cases
Monthly performance review
Pull ticket volume and resolution time for the period. Compare with previous months using the trend chart to spot patterns or regressions.
Finance period close
Use finance reports to verify period totals match ledger entries before closing the month. Filter by account or cost centre as needed.
HR headcount snapshot
Run a headcount report filtered by department or position to support workforce planning and budget reviews.
Practical tips
Apply the date filter first — most report views default to the current month; adjust before reading KPIs to avoid misleading totals.
Use the export function when you need to share data with people who do not have app access.
If a chart looks unexpected, check the active filters — a hidden filter from a previous session can skew results without being obvious.
